The DNB Family Medicine course aims at developing competent family physicians who will understand the patient in the context of the family and the community and who can provide a continuous, coordinated, comprehensive and cost-effective care.
NBE in its continuous endeavor to strengthen post graduate training and assessment has undertaken initiatives to introduce Family Medicine E-learning Programme for DNB Family Medicine residents. The E-learning Programme seeks to develop, maintain, and increase the knowledge, skills, and professional performance of PG Residents through conducting various structured Webinar classes for PG residents that will be delivered by distinguished faculties from eminent national / regional institutes. The E- learning classes will enable the students develop the skills for recognizing the common medical conditions, making timely and appropriate referrals and doing effective consultation and counseling.
